Orlando natives John and James Speer are dedicated to remodeling and building the highest quality custom homes for their clients.

After earning a Construction Science and Management degree from Clemson University and spending several years in commercial building with Skanska (formerly Beers), James founded Speer Homes. It didn’t take long for James and his father John, a former CPA who had also worked in the building supply industry, to realize they would make great partners and they haven’t looked back since.

Speer Homes maintains the highest level of customer service and attention to detail by limiting the number of homes they build each year. This also ensures that you’ll find John or James on every jobsite.

Speer Homes is a member of the prestigious, invitation-only Master Custom Builder Council, an elite group of custom home builders who set the industry standard. They are also members of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando, Remodelers Council, and the Florida Green Building Coalition.
